On August 2, Bacon Bros. Public House hosted their first ever Thanksgiving in August.  This intimate, 24-seat dinner featured the heritage-breed Kelly Bronze turkey, which is bred, pasture-raised, humanely processed and dry-aged in a unique manner. Guests had the opportunity to mingle with Judd Culver, founder and proprietor of Kelly Bronze, and learn firsthand what it takes to raise Kelly Bronze, which are arguably, America’s greatest turkeys.
