Bacon Bros. Public House, Greenville’s innovative gastropub, is excited to announce their new Saturday brunch service. Chef Anthony Gray has created a delicious brunch menu that features Bacon Beignets with powdered sugar and bacon caramel, BBQ Benedict with buttermilk biscuits, smoked brisket, poached eggs and hollandaise, and savory Chicken & Waffles served with a cornmeal waffle and hot sauce honey -  all of which pair perfectly with a nice Mimosa or Bloody Mary.
