We've been running at full speed since the New Year started, and it’s finally time to slow down and take a look at one of the highlights of the last year- The Great Southern Christmas Dinner at the historic James Beard House in New York. We arrived a few days early to enjoy the city and prepare for the dinner. Anthony and the Bacon Bros. team pulled out all the stops for this dinner, and it was completely sold out. We definitely brought a taste of the South to the Big Apple. Here are some highlights from the evening:
